GROUP THERAPY: Group therapy is a unique and powerful form of therapy. Group members are successful in all areas of their lives but often struggle with their closest interpersonal relationships. Each person comes to group with their own concerns but leaves with a better understanding of themselves in relationships. Group is a microcosm of society and the family. Through on-going relationships, members in the grouplearn about themselves and others, as well as how to be in relationships on a deeper level and how to deal more effectively with the complexities that all relationships entail.
