Dr. Marty Lauber is a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples and groups. Her specialty is in working with interpersonal issues, depression, anxiety and personal growth. Marty received her B.A. from Northwestern University, her Ph.D. from Indiana University in Bloomington and completed her residency in Clinical Psychology at the Northwestern Medical Center, Chicago. She worked for several years in the Outpatient Psychiatry Department of Lutheran General Medical Center in Park Ridge, Ill. and remains on staff at the hospital. Her private practice is located in Northfield, Ill., on Chicago's North Shore. On a lighter note, she has been married for over 25 years and has two daughters. It is these "life" experiences that have enriched her abilities as a therapist, and have allowed her to understand the complexities of marriage, and the challenges of parenting on a personal level.
