If you are experiencing depression, anxiety or conflict with a loved one, you are not alone. Everyone confronts difficult situations and painful challenges from time to time. Most of the time our own resources or the support of others are enough to work through the difficulties. Other times however, the challenges one faces are more complex.

In therapy, one faces these challenges with an empathetic, experienced guide. Being listened to and understood makes it easier to comprehend the difficulties at hand. Feeling supported can, in turn, make it easier to solve the problems and to re-connect with oneself and others in a meaningful way. The goal of therapy is to overcome pain, increase resiliency and to grow in an understanding of self and others. My goal as a therapist is to establish a warm, caring, collaborative relationship that focuses on understanding, healing and growth.
